You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillie account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jillie will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS.
You must notify jillie immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised. jillie will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jillie account. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the Platform or to place bets or wagers on your behalf.
jillie accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jillie does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however jillie reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jillie aims to process GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jillie's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
